Paralegal Certificate Program P2

UTSA Paralegal 2 is the second of three courses comprising the UTSA Paralegal Program, a non-credit professional development program culminating in a certificate of completion. Paralegal 2 will teach you the substantive law that all successful paralegals must know, namely: Torts, Business Organizations, and Contracts with an emphasis on Texas law. During Paralegal 2 and 3, students learn to use LexisNexis, a computer assisted legal research database, and ProDoc, a popular legal document assembly program, to gain skills sought by legal employers.
