UTSA Paralegal 3 is the final of three courses comprising the UTSA Paralegal Program, a non-credit professional development program culminating in a certificate of completion. Paralegal 3 will introduce you to substantive procedures of Family Law, Wills and Probate including the preparation of basic wills and other estate planning documents; and Criminal Law and Procedure with emphasis in Texas Law.
