Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Program

The program consists of five (5) days of lecture-based coverage of topics in Lean, Six-Sigma, Change Management, and Lean Daily Management tools and methodologies, and four (4) days of individual hands-on, on-site project formulation and guidance resulting in significant operational savings and/or enhancement of service quality.

Additionally, each student must serve as a mentor of at least one other project team (guided by the instructors) in his/her organization to achieve significant improvement in cost and/or quality of services/products. In order to ensure the learning effectiveness, each industry participant must be allowed (by his/her employer) to use at least 20% of his/her regular work time during the certification program period of time for completion of these required projects.
