Six Sigma Yellow Belt

Yellow Belt is the introductory level of Lean Six Sigma certification, which is suitable for everyone who has an interest in learning and practicing continuous improvement. This course is designed with generalized contents applicable to all sectors, such as Healthcare, Banking, Manufacturing, and general Office Operations.

Lean and Six Sigma, two methodologies evolved separately, share the same ultimate goal, which is to answer voices of customers by achieving process excellence. While Lean is famous for its continuous pursuit of perfection, Six Sigma provides a structured data-driven methodology to achieve world-class operational capability. Integrating the two methodologies synergizes the improvement efforts for enhanced results.

This short course consists of two (2) days of lecture-based coverage of topics in Lean and Six Sigma, from fundamental concepts to practical skills and case studies. The training course consists of lectures, discussions, hands-on simulation games, video clips, and review quizzes.
